Easy Returns Process


At Fanrillo, we are committed to making your returns process as smooth and simple as possible. Here's how it works:


To initiate a return:

Simply contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a Return Authorisation and all the details you need.

Prepare your return:

Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags and manuals.

Make sure the product is in its original condition and has not been worn or used other than trying it on.

Return postage:

Please note that return postage is at your expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refund Details


Processing Time: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it. Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Restocking Fee: If you cancel your order before it is shipped, a 3.1% restocking fee will be charged. Similarly, if we believe the item is worn or depreciated, a 3.1% fee may also be charged.

Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund may take another 5-10 business days to appear on your bill.

Return Conditions: To be refunded, the item must be in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories. Items that show signs of wear or damage may be charged or rejected.

Non-refundable Items: Personalized items or special orders are not refundable unless they are defective.

Watches: Make sure all protective films, labels and packaging are intact.

Watch Straps: Watch straps should not show signs of wear and should be returned in their original packaging.

Accessories: All accessories should be in their original condition with no signs of use.
