All orders that have been shipped must have a Return Authorization Number and will be treated as a return. Return Policy: Purchases may be returned within 30 days. Unless posted with the item on our web site ?No Return On this Item?. No returns after 30 days from purchase. ALL returned orders are assessed a 15% return fee on total order placed unless restocking fees are posted with the item on our website. Item(s) MUST be returned in their original shipped condition or NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED, and include all related parts, factory packaging and instructions (written on factory instructions will be charged an additional $5.00 to replace). Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Items returned damaged, used, or non re-sellable are not refunded. All returns must have an RA# clearly marked on the outside of the package. Returns are not accepted without a return number. A copy of your sale receipt should be included with your return.
